The Role: As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Provide transparent, data-backed reporting to clients.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: 2+ years in performance marketing (Agency experience is a huge plus!).
- Analytical: You don't just see numbers; you see stories and opportunities.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
- Proactive: You thrive in a remote environment and take full ownership of your accounts.
